Renewal — the ring, then the details
The ring is your period total, but a countdown alone won't tell you the two things that decide a renewal. First, are you on pace: the app weighs how much of the period has elapsed against how much of the requirement is done and turns the gap into a rate, like 0.5 hr/month to finish on time. Second, is the right kind of hour missing — thirty general hours won't renew you if the ethics three are absent, so every mandated category gets its own bar and the banner reads either "Every mandated category is met" or the count still open. Hold more than one license and each gets its own chip, its own three-year cycle, and its own separate six-year windows.
The rules it actually encodes
Requirement math lives in one place in the code, with one test suite behind it, and every card in the app cites the regulation it comes from.

Six years is not two periods
Suicide and pediatric head trauma run on six-year windows that don't line up with your three-year renewal cycle. A tracker that resets everything at renewal gets these wrong. This one keeps a separate window per requirement, with its own start date.
Certificates, attached
Attach the PDF or a photo of the certificate to the entry it belongs to, up to 3 MB. It stays with the course record, so an audit request doesn't turn into an email archaeology project.
Approval numbers, tracked
Each entry records the ASWB ACE or KBSW approval number, and the form reminds you that ethics certificates must carry a KBSW-ETHICS number to count.
Live, in person
Each entry is marked live, technology-mediated or home study, and the app tracks the non-live total against the cap so you find out in month four, not month thirty-five.
An audit report, not a spreadsheet
One button produces a printable record — licensee, period, a requirement summary and the full course table with dates, providers and approval numbers. There's a CSV export too.
